Mediation Scheduling Info
If you are booking a civil mediation with more than two parties, please fill out the info form to request rates.
There must be at least one attorney on a case for online scheduling. If both parties are unrepresented, please fill out the info form to schedule a complimentary consultation.
If you are requesting a mediation to be scheduled for more than one day on a single case, fill out the info form to schedule.
Parties must pay a three-hour deposit for a half day mediation. Parties must pay a five-hour deposit for a full-day mediation.
Pricing - Domestic Relations Cases:
- Mediation: $380/hour + a non-refundable administrative fee of $380 for each mediation session.
- Arbitration and Private Judging: $430/hour + a non-refundable administrative fee of $430.
Pricing - Civil Cases:
- Mediation: $450/hour + a non-refundable administrative fee of $450 for each mediation session.
- Arbitration and Private Judging: $500/hour + a non-refundable administrative fee of $500.
